Soy hispana y no hablo ni entiendo muy bien el idioma y alli mentrataron super bien en mi idioma español. Puedo entenderlos en su idioma pero no me puedo comunicar muy bien todavía y para mi fue muy importante ese detalle. Y el trato y profesionalismo del Dr muy bueno. Solo puedo diferir en el tiempo de espera q considero fue demasiado.

For the first time in probably the whole time I have been diabtic, in 5 weeks I can say my diabetes is under control! I have not taken fast acting insulin in days and if I do have to, it is very little. I feel the best I have felt in years!

Dr Ntim & Dr Fynn are GREAT!! However, no one answers the phone or gets back to you. The email through the patient portal does not work. Cannot leave a voicemail message either. Terrible customer service on getting back to me!
