I really appreciate Dr. Kinaan. He is open to all of my questions. He educates and informes me of my medicines and treatments, objectives and outcomes. I enjoy being able to have a conversation about my health and walk away with all my questions and concerns answered. Thank you!

I like her personality and she generally answers all my questions. She is very knowledgeable. However, asked why I had a swollen lymph node and her answer was too vague: " Sometimes we don't know, like why some people get Cancer." I waited almost 3 hours since arrival to office. She takes time with her patients but she needs backup doctors.

I am an existing patient of Dr Ntim. I haven't seen him in a couple of years. He is such a great doctor and so professional. He treated me so so well as usual. It definitely didn't feel like I didn't see him in a few years. I am so so happy to be back in his network and to have him as my endochronologist once again.

I tried to reschedule an apppointment, phone kept going to voicemail
They then charged me 50 for not rescheduling 48 hrs then told me they couldn’t see me 3 months later.
I called 3 times for a medication on separate occasions and it was never sent.
Will not be coming back, terrible service

This was my very first visit and I was a bit nervous, but Dr Ntim made me very comfortable. He was so kind and courteous, answered all my questions and explained everything in detail so I could understand. The office staff was also very courteous and welcoming.
